1 day workshop - Ease & Freedom of Motion
An opportunity to learn some basic principles behind the time-proven technique for change, get an individual introduction to the hands-on aspect of the work and then, with personal guidance, apply these ideas to your own activities. Bring your running shoes, golf club, yoga mat, exercise ball, saddle, mountain bike, hiking boots, or garden spade and we’ll take a look at your activity of choice.
