The Hills Health and Guest Ranch can provide all that is necessary for a unique wedding or conference experience. From start to finish, every need is fulfilled and special memories are created. Whether the desire is to take advantage of the enchanting chapel for the wedding ceremony, or head out on horseback to an authentic Indian tipi for a rustic cowboy marriage or team building.  Complete the day with a dinner or a lavish banquet or an old-fashioned barbeque on our Chuck-wagon patio.

General Information

cateringThe staff of the Catering Department is at your disposal to assist you in planning a successful function.

  • All food and/or beverages brought into a function/banquet room must be supplied by The Hills. The Hills reserves the right to inspect and regulate all private parties, meetings and receptions.
  • The customary service charge of 15% is added to the food and beverage account.
  • We require a guaranteed number of guests attending with a minimum of 48 hours notice prior to your function.
  • All charges will be based on the guarantee (or actual number of guests served if more than the guarantee).
  • All confirmed bookings require a deposit of 25% of the estimated cost payable 60 days prior to the function date
  • Deposit is non-refundable if cancellation is made less than 14 days prior to the function date, if cancelled more than 30 days prior to function, full refund if cancelled 15-20 days prior to function, 50% refund, if cancelled less than 14 days prior to function, no refund.
  • Prices will be guaranteed for 60 days and subject to change thereafter.
  • All final arrangements & menu choices must be confirmed two weeks prior to your function date. Dietary substitutes can be made available upon prior request.
  • Decorations: The Hills may grant the wedding party to decorate the night before the function. All decorations must be removed no later than 9 a.m. the following morning. Should the used function room be booked the following day, all decorations have to be removed 2 hours prior to the start of the function.
    Clean Up: Add $35.00 an hour per man hour.
  • All functions must be completed by 1:00 a.m. and the premises vacated by 1:30 a.m.
  • The Hills will determine which room will be reserved for any function, but will try to accommodate any request.
  • The Hills will not accept responsibility for any articles left in the banquet or meeting room areas.
  • No candles, unless appropriate covering for the tables has been selected & approved by the catering manager. No confetti is permitted. A clean up charge of $75.00 minimum will apply.
  • Damage: The Hills does not permit nails, tacks, staples etc. to be used on the furniture, the bar or the walls of any function room. Decorations are not to be attached to any fixtures without the hotel management consent. Any damage, burnt napkins or table linens will be charged to the users account. Conveners accept full responsibility for all persons attending and agree to be held liable for their action.
  • Payment: All confirmed bookings require a deposit of 25% of the estimated cost, payable 120 days prior to the function. Full payment in advance is required, unless satisfactory credit arrangements are made with The Hills.
  • Performing Rights Organization: All conveners bringing bands or disco music into The Hills will be charged a fee in accordance with the P.R.O. as per federal legislation.
  • The H.S.T. is not included in any price.
